After a user places an order, the following process will be entered:
1. A user places an order for a product. A user selects your product, clicks the buy button, and completes the payment steps. The user will fill in the delivery information and pay the relevant fees. 2. Wish starts to generate order information. The order is being generated (to protect the user’s privacy, the user pays through a third-party service provider that connects to the Wish platform). The product inventory will decrease accordingly. If the inventory is 0, the product front-end display page will automatically change to “sold out” status. 3. Wish verifies the order. Wish will verify whether the user’s payment method and order information are reasonable in advance. During this process, if the user fails to pay successfully, the order will be cancelled. Considering that the user may cancel the order by himself or the review of fraudulent orders, this order will be retained for 8 hours and then pushed to your unprocessed orders. If the order triggers the system’s fraud review mechanism, it will enter the review process.
You only need to fulfill the orders that appear in the “unprocessed orders” list. If an order needs further review, the order will disappear from the list (we will notify you at that time), and if it passes the review, the order will reappear. 4. Wish sends the merchant an order notification. Wish sends you a “New Order” email and adds the order to the “Unprocessed” order queue in the merchant backend. The order contains all the information needed to be fulfilled: product variants (if any), user name, and shipping address. 5. Merchant fulfills the order. Merchants must fulfill the order within 5 days of the order being placed. If you need more information when fulfilling the order, you can click “Contact User”. 6. Merchant marks the order as shipped. You must mark the order as shipped in the merchant backend. Tracking information is not required, but it will allow you to get paid faster. Orders without valid tracking information will be held for a period of time to deal with possible refunds due to delayed delivery or lost packages. 7. Wish confirms the order has been delivered. Once Wish confirms the order has been delivered, the order is eligible for payment. To shorten the payment cycle, merchants must provide a valid tracking number for the order and choose a fast shipping service. 8. Wish will pay the merchant based on the order. Wish will issue funds to merchants based on orders (excluding deductions due to improper merchant operations), and the funds will be issued to the payment account you set. The issuance of funds is an automatic system process, so you will receive funds for orders that meet the payment conditions on a regular basis. Only funds for orders that meet the issuance conditions will be issued. 9. The user receives the order. 10. Wish collects user feedback on the services provided by the merchant.
