Return process of cross-border e-commerce platform Ymatou:
1. Buyer submits return application
After the buyer submits the return application or Ymatou initiates the return application on behalf of the buyer, the buyer needs to review the application within 48 hours. If the buyer does not review the application within 48 hours, the system defaults to the buyer agreeing to the return. According to the return type selected by the buyer at the time, only the return application for refund will show that the return is completed and the refund is successful; the return application for return and refund will show that the return is established, and the buyer can return the goods. If the buyer refuses to return the goods, the buyer can apply for Ymatou to intervene in the acceptance within 72 hours after the SMS and internal letter notification. If the application is not made within the time limit, the refund will be closed.
2. Buyer returns the goods
The buyer should express the goods to the domestic return address provided by the buyer or Ymatou as soon as possible, and upload the express number within 7 days (calculated from 0:00 on the second day of the receipt, and 168 hours is 7 days). If the express number is not uploaded within 7 days, the return application will be automatically closed and the return will fail.
After the buyer sends the goods back, the buyer needs to confirm receipt or refuse within 10 days. If the buyer refuses, the buyer can apply for Yangmatou to intervene. If the buyer fails to confirm after the deadline, the system will automatically confirm receipt and refund the buyer. For return applications handled and accepted by Yangmatou, the processing results will be clarified within 72 hours, and the buyer is supported to return the goods or close the return application. If there are special return requirements, the buyer needs to communicate with the buyer and refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods from the buyer.
If the buyer provides an incorrect address that causes the goods to be unable to be returned or lost, the loss shall be borne by the buyer.
