How is eBay quota calculated?
eBay quotas are calculated automatically by the platform. Every month, the platform will review the seller’s account, mainly based on sales and credit evaluations received from buyers, and then automatically adjust the eBay quota.
If the seller exceeds the upper limit of the monthly account sales limit, they need to reduce the number of items they issue to regulate sales rules and increase their quota. It is worth noting that sellers and sold items will be counted towards the monthly sales limit, so everyone should actively follow up with buyers after sales, guide them to leave comments, and improve their credit points to obtain a higher quota.
The eBay platform may also terminate the listing of items set by sellers that exceed the existing limit, but the seller can re-list the item during the monthly renewal period or re-list the item after receiving an increase in sales.
How to quickly increase your eBay credit limit?
Step 1: Quick access to credit limit application:
https://cbtreport.ebay.com.hk/. The versions of the seller center accessed by each user are slightly different, but these function entrances all appear under the “Service Indicator Policy Reminder” module.
Step 2: Click the “Quick Access to Credit Limit Application” entrance link to open the application window. The application window is divided into 3 steps:
Customer sales performance check, requiring that the “current value” of all inspection items meet the “standard value” requirements.
Step 3: After the sales performance check, you need to fill in the credit limit application form, and the system will automatically evaluate the increase in the credit limit.
Step 4: The results of the questionnaire survey can preview and confirm the “adjustable credit limit”. Click the “Submit Upgrade Application” button to complete the credit limit upgrade.
Step 5: After completing the page, you can confirm the new credit limit again.
