1. AliExpress Overseas Warehouse Rules

(1) Display of Overseas Warehouse Product Details Page

After the overseas warehouse product is successfully released, buyers can see the product’s shipping place information on the product details page and make a selection.

The search page supports independent filtering items and exclusive labels for overseas local shipping products. In this way, the exposure opportunities of overseas shipping products will be greatly improved. Buyers can select the Ship From country on the search page to filter out overseas shipping products; buyers can also use the search filter item Domestic Delivery to filter out domestic shipping products. In addition, overseas local shipping (the shipping place is the same as the buyer’s receiving place) products will display an exclusive label.

It should be noted that in order to ensure the buyer’s delivery time, the set delivery period must be <3 days, and the goods must be shipped within 3 days. If the set delivery period is >3 days, you will not be able to obtain overseas shipping labels, search filters, platform activities and other exclusive promotional resources for overseas shipping products.

(2) Overseas Warehouse Product Service Specifications

Overseas Warehouse Product Service Specifications are intended to standardize overseas warehouse logistics service standards, ensure logistics timeliness and buyer experience. The specific content of the overseas warehouse service specifications of the AliExpress platform can be found on the AliExpress official website.

2. Wish Overseas Warehouse Policy Requirements

(1) Timeliness Requirements

Delivered to consumers within 5 working days, including Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday)

(2) Refund Instructions

For orders delivered more than 5 working days, buyers have the right to request a refund, and the seller bears 100% of the responsibility.

(3) Order Late Arrival Rate

The proportion of orders delivered more than 5 working days, calculated based on two weeks of data.

If the late arrival rate is greater than 5%, all orders delivered more than 5 working days will not be paid. The product will be removed from the Wish Express Overseas Warehouse Project, and the seller will bear 100% of the refund responsibility for all orders.

(4) Rebate Rewards

From November 1 to January 31 of the following year (the busiest time of the peak season), sellers who comply with the Wish Express overseas warehouse policy and can deliver orders within 5 working days will receive a 3% rebate on the payment amount.
