1.Account Info

On the account information settings page, you can set seller information, holiday mode, sales plan, collection and deduction, business information, delivery and return, tax information, etc.

2.Notification Preferences

System notification preferences include Order Notification, Return and ClaimNotifications, Listing Notifications, ReportNotifications, Make an Ofer Notifications, Amazon SellingCoach Notifications, Account Notifications, Emergency Notifications, etc. Sellers can set different mailboxes to receive different types of system notification emails according to actual needs to avoid delays in processing and replying due to failure to receive emails in time.

3.Login Settings

On the account login settings page, sellers can modify their name, email address, password, and account advanced security settings.

4.Return Settings

Adding return information means adding the U.S. address information for direct customer returns or FBA warehouse withdrawals, which is usually the address of the local third-party warehouse or the seller’s self-built warehouse. The seller withdraws the warehouse, and then the warehouse assists in handling customer returns, repairs of defective products, or replacement of product labels for re-warehouse, etc.

5.Gift Options

Gift options include two options: Gift Messaging and GifWrap. For most sellers, these two services cannot be implemented in operation, so they can be ignored directly. The default status is disabled.

6.Shipping Settings

In the shipping and freight settings, sellers can set the shipping location, shipping freight template, etc., and set different rate standards according to the shipping range, different receiving areas, and order quantities at different stages.
