International exhibitions are generally held by professional exhibition organizations. For example, Germany’s Munich International Exhibition Group was founded in 1964 and is one of the world’s top 10 exhibition companies. It holds nearly 40 exhibitions around the world every year, covering industries including capital goods, high-tech and consumer goods, and has professional brands in various fields, namely engineering machinery, logistics and transportation, environmental protection technology, beverage brewing technology and real estate business in the capital goods category; sports and leisure products, high-end consumer goods, fashion and cosmetics in the consumer goods industry; electronic components, communications and telecommunications, analytical instruments and life sciences, materials and product engineering in the high-tech industry. Trade and handicraft exhibitions are another highlight of the group. Every year, more than 30,000 companies from more than 90 countries come to Munich to participate in the exhibition, and the audience comes from more than 180 countries and regions around the world, with a total number of more than 2 million. Munich Electronics Show (ECTRONICA) is its main exhibition project.

Las Vegas in the United States is not only famous for its gambling city, but its other main function is to be a gathering place for global exhibitions. The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the Auto Parts Show (SEMA), the Fashion Show (Magic), and the International Hardware & Gardening Products Show (NHS) are all selected as the top 100 trade shows in the world.

For such exhibitions, participants usually search the exhibition website and contact the organizing committee directly.

It is worth noting that as the competent department, the Department of Commerce of each province will publish the exhibition catalog for the following year at the end of each year, and provide different degrees of funding to the exhibitors listed in the catalog. Registration for participation is generally done by the company first registering with the local Bureau of Commerce and then reporting it step by step.

At the same time, if you participate in overseas exhibitions, there are often designated exhibition organizations to assist in handling the exhibition procedures and the consignment and layout of exhibits.
