(1) Advertising campaign management
Sellers can promote their stores in the “Advertising campaign management” sub-tab. By promoting brands or products, sellers can increase store traffic and attract more buyers to purchase the promoted products.
(2) Graphic brand description
Under the “Graphic brand description” sub-tab, Amazon provides sellers with multiple graphic product description templates, which sellers can quickly create product descriptions. This sub-tab is not open to all sellers. Sellers must have their own brands and have registered their brands before they can use the templates provided by Amazon.
(3) Early reviewer program
The Early Reviewer Program is a service program launched by the Amazon platform that can quickly increase the number of reviews for sellers’ products. Sellers will After newly listed products or products that have been on the shelves for a period of time but have not been reviewed are added to the Early Reviewer Program, the Amazon platform will encourage buyers who have already purchased the products to leave reviews by sending emails and coupons. If buyers leave reviews on the seller’s products through this program, the seller will need to pay a certain service fee to the Amazon platform.
Sellers should note that the comments of buyers in this service plan may not all be positive. It is also possible that due to defects in the seller’s products or other aspects, buyers are disgusted and give negative reviews. Therefore, sellers should use this service plan only when their products and services are excellent.
(4) Coupons, Management Promotions
Under these two sub-tabs, sellers can set and manage related promotional activities for products.
“Data Report” Tab
Through the “Data Report” tab, sellers can mainly view and download relevant data reports of some stores. The “Data Report” tab includes payment, brand analysis, business report, inventory and sales report, advertising, and return report.
(1) Payment
Through the “Payment” sub-tab, sellers can view their transaction bills, account settlements, and payment data for services provided by the Amazon platform, such as advertising promotion fees.
(2) Brand Analysis
Under the “Brand Analysis” sub-tab, sellers can use brand keyword search to determine the search ranking, click-through rate, and other data of some products under a certain brand keyword, and then analyze the searched products.
(3) Business Report
Through the business report, sellers can view the sales situation in the store. Sellers can view the overall sales volume of the store on a specific date based on the date, or they can view the sales volume, visit volume, and other data of a specific product based on the product.
(4) Inventory and Sales Report
If sellers use the logistics and warehousing services provided by Amazon, they can download relevant reports such as payment reports, inventory reports, sales reports, etc. related to Amazon logistics through the “Inventory and Sales Report” sub-tab to view relevant data information.
(5) Advertising
After setting up advertising promotion for a brand or product, sellers can view the relevant data reports of the advertising promotion through the “Advertising” sub-tab, and then judge the promotion effect and make relevant optimizations in a timely manner.
(6) Return Report
For sellers who do not use Amazon’s logistics services, they need to ship the products themselves. Then, the “Return Report” sub-tab will display the buyer’s return report within a certain period of time in the store when the seller ships the goods by himself. The seller can download it according to his needs.
