1. How to change Lazada payment?

First, log in to Lazada’s business platform account, find the “Manage Products” option at the top of the homepage and click to view. On the editing interface of the payment method, you can see the currently bound payment method. If you want to change the payment method, please click the corresponding edit button. The system will pop up a dialog box asking you to enter a new payment method.

In the pop-up dialog box, you can choose to use bank transfer or third-party payment platform for payment. If you choose to use bank transfer, the system will ask you to fill in the relevant bank information, including account, account name and opening bank. If you choose to use a third-party payment platform, such as PayPal or credit card consumption, the system will ask you to fill in the relevant account and password.

After filling in the new payment method, click the “Save” button to complete the change of payment method. The system automatically verifies the information you provide and updates the payment method after verification.

It should be noted that if you have an unfinished order or refund application on Lazada, the system may require you to complete these transactions before changing the payment method. In addition, Lazada platforms in different regions may have slightly different operation steps and requirements, which are subject to actual conditions.

2. Lazada payment operation steps

First, as a business, you need to register and create a business account on Lazada. After logging in, enter the seller’s backend and click the “My Wallet” option to enter the payment management interface. Here, you can view all payment information related to your store.

The second step is to set the payment method. Lada provides a variety of payment methods such as Alipay, credit card, and online bank transfer. On the “My Wallet” page, click “New Payment Method”, choose a payment method that suits you, and bind the relevant account.

Next, you need to set up a payment account. On the “My Wallet” page, click “Set up a payment account” and enter your bank account information or Alipay account information. Make sure the information is accurate so as not to affect the normal collection of funds.

After completing the above steps, you can start accepting orders and receiving payments. When the buyer places an order and completes the payment, Lazada will deduct the corresponding payment fee and then transfer it to your payment account. You can view the specific payment information in the “Income Details” on the “My Wallet” interface.

In addition, Lazada also provides a self-service refund function. If the buyer applies for a refund, it can be processed in the “Refund Management” on the “My Wallet” interface. According to the return and refund policy, you can also choose to agree or reject the refund request and complete the refund operation in accordance with relevant regulations.
