Go to Logistics → Orders from my warehouse → In transit tab in the Personal Center.

Click on the package tracking number.

Change the tracking number and save.

It should be noted that the tracking number can only be changed once for each package. If the seller has selected Ozon partner logistics, the tracking number will not be changed.

If the application status is “Return in transit”, it means that the return goods are on the way. In this case, the seller can ask the buyer to provide the package courier number and visit the official website of the selected logistics company to view the latest information.
