After the Facebook event is created, we can continue to edit the event or directly start inviting friends to join. In the main page of the event, click the “Invite” button in the column of the event you just created to open the “Invite” dialog box. Check the friends we want to invite, and then click the “Send Invite” button in the lower right corner. The invitation is successfully sent, and you only need to wait for your friends to agree to join.

After inviting friends, click the event you just created in the main page of the event to enter the details page of the event.

In this event page, we can publish and share posts like in our personal page, and users who have joined the event can also publish and share posts. On the right side of the event page, you can clearly see how many people have participated in the event, how many people may participate in the event, and how many people are accepting invitations waiting to join the event. As the organizer of the event, there is also a function to send group messages to all users participating in the event. Click “Send message to guests” to send group messages to three types of users respectively.

There is a link to display the map in the middle of the event page. Clicking this link will easily view the event address on the map. At the bottom right of the event theme photo, to the right of the “Edit” button, there is a three-dot button. Click it and a drop-down list will appear with the following options.

Copy event: If you want to create an event of the same type, you can copy it from an existing event, so that most of the event content does not need to be re-filled. Of course, after copying, you can also partially modify the event content as needed.

Export event: Sometimes we need to be able to view events conveniently on our mobile phones, in emails, or other places. At this time, the export event function is very useful. It can be exported to a supported email address or added to the event calendar.

Export guest list: This function is designed to facilitate offline event settings. Generally, when we organize offline activities, we need to print a list of users participating in the activities. With this function, we no longer need to manually count and enter the list one by one. We can directly download it, which is very convenient and practical.
