Sign up for a Sprout Social account. Here, users can choose from three types: Deluxe (premium version, $59/month/user), Premium (premium version, $99/month/user) and Team (team version, $500/month/3 users). Each account type will have a 30-day free trial opportunity.
After completing the account registration, Sprout Social will default to requiring you to bind your Twitter account, while bindings for other social platforms will appear on the page after logging in to your account.
Click “ADD MORE PROFLES” and the interface for binding social accounts will appear. Users can choose to bind their Facebook account, or bind other platforms according to their needs.
After binding your account, you can see six options in the action bar at the top of the page, labeled in order: “MESSAGES”, “TASKS”, “FEEDS”, “PUBLISHING”, “DISCOVERY”, and “REPORTS”.
(1) MESSAGES. The Smart Inbox displays all messages received from all social media platforms. Users can read and process messages from multiple social platforms in one interface; in the Saved Messages, there are important messages marked by users.
(2) TASKS. The task bar can help users send notifications and remind users to click “Open Tasks” at regular intervals.
(3) PUBLISHING. Sprout ocial’s social media publishing tool can publish users’ plans and messages to multiple windows such as Facebook, Twitter, Google and LinkedIn at the same time. Users can choose the date and time to publish messages.
(4) DISCOVERY. In DISCOVERY, Sprout Social It can provide relevant suggestions, clean up some Silent Accounts or abnormal users with no recent activity, and provide intelligent search and other functions.
(5) REPORTS. REPORTS is the most important function in Sprout Social. It provides users with an analysis control panel that is specifically used to track and analyze real-time data of social media management activities. Here you can see various analysis report data.
