After merchants join the souq platform and their products enter the logistics system, from that moment on, all subsequent operations will be completed by souq’s Fulfillment by SOUQ (FBS) until the merchant applies for a refund to ensure the safe arrival of the refunded funds.

The FBS fee includes the following services and benefits:

1. Increased exposure: SOUQ.com will increase the exposure of merchants’ products and attract more potential customers for merchants’ products.

2. Special logo: Merchants’ products will be marked as “SOUQ shipped on behalf of others”. This special logo will bring extra credibility and appeal to your products on the website and during the shopping process.

3. High-quality operations: The quality inspection, storage, selection and safe packaging of products strictly follow the guidelines when customers place orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Fast delivery: Provide fast shipping options in cooperation with customers’ preferred partners to ensure that merchants’ products can be delivered to customers in the shortest time.

5. Local customer service: Customers can get support and solve problems in their local language to improve customer satisfaction.

6. International Shipping and Warranty: Merchants’ products are eligible for international shipping and warranty services, providing more choices for global customers.

7. Comprehensive processing: Once the merchant’s goods enter the FBS warehouse, all order processing, outbound, delivery, returns and complaint handling will be handled by SOUQ, and merchants do not need to handle the cumbersome process themselves.

FBS fees include the following aspects:

1. FBS storage fee: Currently free, only applicable to merchants who have settled in through the SOUQ platform.

2. FBS delivery fee: A fixed fee calculated based on the merchant’s store product price and the buyer’s one-time consumption in the store, 7.5 SAR is charged for each order.

FBS warehousing requirements:

1. Size and description consistency: The size described on the product page must be consistent with the size on the actual packaging. If it is inconsistent or the size is not clearly marked, the product will be returned and cannot be put into storage.

2. Color consistency: The color displayed on the product page must be consistent with the color of the actual product. Any discrepancy will result in the product being returned.

3. Image consistency: The image displayed on the product page must be consistent with the image of the actual product and cannot contain elements that the actual product does not have. Any discrepancy will result in the product being returned.

Summary: As long as the image, color, size and description of the product are consistent with the page display, your product will be able to enter the warehouse smoothly.

Shipping:

When shipping, each box should contain a list corresponding to the cargo list. The list only needs to include the SKU and quantity, and no pictures are required; at the same time, the store name and warehouse number should be affixed to the outside of the box.

Shipping quantity:

At least 5 per SKU (minimum standard).

The FBS delivery fee is a fixed fee calculated based on the merchant’s product price and the buyer’s one-time consumption amount in the store:

FBS delivery is free for orders of products priced below 50 SAR.

For products priced above 50 SAR, the platform will charge 7.5 SAR for each delivery.

Merchants can enjoy free delivery when their purchases reach 200 SAR at a time in this store.
