Warehouses are enclosed places where personnel and materials are concentrated, and there are many equipments running back and forth, so safety comes first and we should take precautions before it happens. Warehouse safety management includes public security, labor operations and fire safety. The warehouse should be inspected annually and insurance should be purchased to ensure that the warehouse has the conditions for safe production and operation.

Video surveillance without blind spots should be installed in the warehouse. It is not only a safety tool (recording the status of the entire warehouse in real time and protecting the legal rights and interests of employees), but also a simplification of management (the operation process is recorded through video to ensure that each link is traceable and the operation specifications can be checked). The design of the operating table should be ergonomic, provide protective shoes and clothing, noise reduction of automated equipment, purification of indoor air and use of environmentally friendly materials. Personnel entering the warehouse area should wear complete labor protection supplies, such as safety helmets, shoe covers, reflective vests, etc. Personnel operating special equipment must be certified. The WMS management in the warehouse interacts with the domestic customer system across borders, and technical measures should be taken to ensure the security of customer information.
