Except for Dingzhan, which can be auctioned online or purchased by contacting the account manager, other brand tools are scarce resources and need to be ordered by communicating with the account manager.
1. Dingzhan cooperation process
First, the merchant applies online on Alibaba International Station or directly contacts the customer service. Then the account manager visits the merchant for consultation. Then the merchant selects keywords and signs a contract with Alibaba International Station. Finally, after the purchase is successful, the merchant can bind the product in the background and launch it. Dingzhan purchase process.
In the process of Dingzhan cooperation, the selection of keywords and flash sales are the most important. Generally, merchants will choose the major keywords with the highest search volume and traffic on Alibaba International Station, such as led light, kids toy, power bank, etc., and then launch the product on the first page of the keyword search results page.
2. Dingzhan online bidding process
(1) Log in to the Dingzhan background and accept the agreement. If you participate in Dingzhan bidding for the first time, you need to accept the agreement first. The agreement can only be accepted by the main account.
(2) Preparation before selling. After accepting the agreement, enter the Dingzhan bidding page. The main page is divided into two ports: PC top booth and APP top booth. The content of the page changes with the changes of these two ports, indicating whether the current selection is PC or mobile. The changing content includes my bidding, purchased keywords, my favorites, and the search, favorites, bid and other action points on the right side of the page.
Before the bidding starts, merchants can first collect the words they want to participate in the bidding through the system in advance. If the system search does not have the search words the merchant wants, they can also search through the hot words below the progress bar. Then, click the “Detect” button to see if the current merchant has a product that can be bound to the keyword as “excellent”. If not, it is recommended that the merchant release the corresponding product in advance. According to the difference between the “PC top booth” and “mobile top booth” labels, you can collect words for the two ports respectively.
(3) The sale starts and bids are made. After the sale begins, the “Bid” button will turn yellow. Click the “Bid” button to exit the bid cabinet. After the bid is submitted, it means that the merchant has participated in the bidding for the word, as shown in Figure 4-39. At this time, the system will automatically freeze the merchant’s through train balance until other merchants bid higher than this price, and the balance of the through train will be released.
If the keyword is auctioned for the first time in this auction, the bid is the reserve price and no increase is required. When the keyword is auctioned for the second time or more in this auction, the increase can be customized, with a custom range of 20 to 100 yuan, and the amount is an integer without decimals. The five most recent bidding records for the word can be seen on the right side of the bid box.
When there is only one minute left for this auction, if there are still merchants who continue to bid, the bidding end time of the corresponding word will be delayed, with a maximum delay of 30 minutes. The specific delay of a word can be seen in the countdown of “Bidding Status”.
Assuming that the bidding ends at 10:00, and no one bids between 9:59:00 and 9:59:59, the bidding will automatically end. If someone bids during this period, the bidding will be automatically extended by 3 minutes. If no one bids between 10:01:00 and 10:02:59, the bidding for the keyword will end. If a merchant participates in the bidding at 10:02:30, the bidding time for the keyword will be extended to 10:05:30. The countdown for the keyword will start again for 3 minutes when the merchant bids.
(4) The bidding ends. After the bidding ends, the merchant can see whether the bid is successful in “My Bid”. If the keyword status is “I have bought it”, it means that the merchant has successfully won the keyword; if the keyword status is “Others have bought it”, it means that the merchant did not win the keyword. Within 2 hours after the bidding ends, merchants can see the purchased words in “Purchased Keywords” and can bind them.
