Most cross-border e-commerce sellers are professional sellers. When they register to open a global store, they will find that the information required by each site is highly repetitive. The following six items of information should be prepared in advance.
(1) Company business license (color scan of the original or high-definition color photo).
(2) Email address that has never been used to register an Amazon seller account (different sites require different email addresses, and Gmail or Outlook email is recommended).
(3) Mobile phone number that has never been used to register an Amazon seller account (it is recommended to prepare a brand new mobile phone number, and it is not recommended to use a private mobile phone number to prevent association and subsequent changes in management personnel).
(4) Dual-currency or full-currency credit card with Visa or MasterCard logo (used for account verification and payment of various platform fees, which can be processed by domestic banks).
(5) Bank account in the destination country (region) for receiving payments or a cross-border cash withdrawal bank account provided by a third-party institution.
(6) English name of the store (self-written, non-repetitive, and can be modified later).
When applying for registration and opening a store on the European site, in addition to the above six documents, you also need to prepare the following documents.
(1) ID card of the legal representative.
(2) Information of the beneficiary holding 20% or more of the shares (including name, ID card, email address, date of birth, telephone number, residential address, etc.).
It should be noted that in order to prevent trouble caused by inconsistencies in various documents later, during the registration process, all information must be filled in using pinyin and must always be consistent with the credit card and business license.
