There are two modules on the Amazon interface that reflect the buyers’ demands: Customer Reviews and Customer Questions & Answers.

1. Customer Reviews

(1) Click “See all…customer reviews” to view all reviews.

(2) View positive and negative reviews separately.

Note: All reviews are viewed here. When analyzing positive reviews, it is best to exclude reviews without the VP mark (confirmed purchase mark), so that the analysis results will be more objective. How to query positive reviews with the VP mark? You can filter all comments with the VP logo by selecting “Verified purchase only” in the drop-down menu of the “Filter By” option.

By analyzing buyer reviews, you can improve the pain points of the product, make the product more in line with market demand, avoid the drawbacks of existing products on the market, and avoid detours.

2. Customer Questions & Answers

The Q&A module is a front-end display for buyers to interact with sellers or other buyers. If buyers have questions about the product, they can communicate with everyone in this way, either the seller can answer the question or other buyers who have purchased the product can reply. By analyzing this link, you can understand the buyer’s concerns and use it as a reference factor for optimizing the listing.
