1. Promotion Rules

Sellers must meet the following conditions in their transactions on the AliExpress platform before they are eligible to apply to join the promotion activities organized by the platform.

(1) Sellers with transaction records must meet the following conditions:

① Positive review rate ≥ 90%.

② Other conditions set by the AliExpress platform for specific promotion activities.

Note: The above “positive review rate” is not a fixed value and will be adjusted appropriately for different categories, specific activities or force majeure events.

(2) Sellers without transaction records

AliExpress will formulate specific seller admission standards based on actual activity needs and product characteristics.

2. Logistics Rules

(1) AliExpress currently only supports sellers using air logistics. Sellers must select the delivery method in accordance with the following logistics policies:

United States

Orders with a transaction amount of ≥ US$5: Standard logistics services such as “E-mail”, “AliExpress Worry-free Logistics Standard” and express logistics services are allowed. Other standard logistics services and economic logistics services are not allowed (except for special categories of goods).

Orders with a transaction amount of less than US$5: Standard, express and online economic logistics services are allowed. Offline economic logistics services (non-registered ordinary mail) are not allowed.

·Other countries except the United States

Standard, express and online economic logistics services are allowed. Offline economic logistics services (non-registered ordinary mail) are not allowed.

(2) The logistics method selected by the seller for delivery must be the logistics method selected by the buyer. The seller shall not change the logistics method without the buyer’s consent.

(3) When the seller fills in the shipping notice, the waybill number filled in must be true and traceable.
