e-Post is a brand-new economical international mail product tailored by China Post for Chinese e-commerce sellers to meet the needs of the international e-commerce delivery market. It is an air mail product for light and small items. At present, this service is limited to providing parcel delivery services to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Australia for Chinese sellers.

III. Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, international e-mail parcels can be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. The domestic section uses the EMS network for shipment. After export to the United States, the United States Postal Service will deliver the mail through its domestic First Class mail network. The internationally leading EMI electronic customs declaration system is used for customs clearance to ensure that the parcels delivered by users arrive at the destination quickly and accurately.
IV. Tracking and Query Service
You can query on the websites of China Post and the United States Postal Service (USPS), as well as on eBay buyers’ “myeBay”. Considering the time delay in the exchange of information between China and the United States, the China Post EMS website shows the collection and departure port information earlier than the US Post website, while the US Post website shows the arrival at the US processing center earlier than China.
V. Volume and Weight Limit
(1) Weight limit. The maximum weight of a single piece is 2kg.
(2) Size limit. The maximum size of a single piece: the total length, width and thickness shall not exceed 90cm, and the longest side shall not exceed 60cm. The sum of twice the diameter and length of a rolled mail piece shall not exceed 104cm, and the length shall not exceed 90cm.
Minimum size of a single piece: Length shall not be less than 14cm, width shall not be less than 11cm. The sum of twice the diameter and length of a rolled mail piece shall not be less than 17cm, and the length shall not be less than 11cm.
