Many sellers have had similar experiences: initially, they sold unbranded and commonly available products on Amazon, but the popular listings were directly copied by others, which was a headache. Although some sellers’ products have physical trademarks, they cannot be used directly to complain about copycats on Amazon. However, if sellers register their products with brands on Amazon, they can reduce a lot of trouble.

(2) How do brands and sellers enter the Brand Registry 2.0 project
Sellers can go to brandservices. Amazon.com registers Brand Registry 2.0. Sellers and brand owners should use their existing Seller Center account and password when logging in, because it can display the brands that have been registered in the original system. Brands can only register Brand Registry 2.0 after Amazon has authenticated the trademark. In order to help brand owners establish and maintain authoritative brand data, brand owners need to provide more brand data to Amazon during registration.
