Account Performance Interface

Sellers can check their account performance through “Customer Satisfaction” under “PERFORMANCE” in the account background. The specific operation method is as follows.

Enter the homepage of the seller’s account background, click the “PERFORMANCE” tab at the top of the page, and select the “Customer Satisfaction” option in the pop-up drop-down list.

You can now enter the “Customer Satisfaction” page.

The “Customer Satisfaction” page has three main areas.

① Account Health: Account Health.

② Seller Rating: Seller Rating.

③ Customer Feedback: Buyer Feedback.

Account Health

As an Amazon seller, if you want to keep your store active, you must keep all indicators of your account in good condition. Click the “Account Health” tab on the “Customer Satisfaction” page to enter the “Account Health” page.

There are 7 health indicators for Amazon accounts, including the calculation method, consideration criteria and response measures for each indicator.
