(2) Company business license.

The company business license requires a color scan of the original or a high-definition color photo. Amazon Global Store only accepts companies to register, and all registered companies are welcome.

In addition, companies can first check whether their company registration status is normal on the credit website. If it is abnormal, for example, if there has been no annual review for two or three years, this will affect the store’s review results. It is recommended to contact the Industrial and Commercial Bureau first to handle the business license status.

(3) Store name.

The seller should create his own name in English. If the store name provided by the seller is the same as the store name of another seller on the Amazon platform, it will be detected by the system and you will need to re-design the store name. The store name can be modified later.

(4) Dual-currency credit card.

It is recommended to use a dual-currency credit card with Visa or MasterCard logo, regardless of the bank, and the credit card can be activated and deducted normally. Now, the European site must provide a dual-currency credit card of the legal representative or shareholder, and the North American and Japanese sites can use the dual-currency credit cards of the legal representative, shareholder and other natural persons.

The time required for dual-currency credit card application: Generally it takes half a month, which is subject to the specific processing time of each bank.

(5) Collection account.

The European site must use a collection account registered in the name of the company, and cannot use a collection account registered in the name of an individual.

The North American and Japanese sites can use a collection account registered in the name of the company or a collection account registered in the name of an individual.

In addition, if you consider the company’s future listing or merger, it is recommended to bind the company account and standardize the operation from the beginning; if you want to save money, you can bind a personal account for collection. Regarding the collection account, many people confuse it with a dual-currency credit card, thinking that with a dual-currency credit card, they no longer need to provide a collection account. This understanding is wrong. The functions of the two are different. Dual-currency credit cards are mainly used to deduct money, while collection accounts are used to receive store payments. The two have clear divisions of labor and cannot replace each other.

(6) A brand new mobile phone number.

The mobile phone number must also be brand new and must never have been used to register a seller account on Amazon.

If you use the same set of company information to register different sites, you can use the same mobile phone number; if you use different company information to register multiple stores on the same site, you need to use different mobile phone numbers to prevent association.

For the sake of account security, it is recommended that sellers prepare a brand new mobile phone number specifically for Amazon registration and operation. In addition, it is not recommended to use the seller’s personal mobile phone number as the registration contact method to prevent association and inconvenience when it is handed over to other personnel for management later.
