To become a Shopee Preferred Seller you must have a high seller rating, competitive pricing, and a range of excellent sales and customer service. Sellers must meet the following criteria to be a Preferred Seller:
Strictly abide by Shopee Community Rules. The Shopee team will closely monitor the activities of yShopee stores, and sellers will be terminated from the Preferred Seller Program if you are found to have violated the terms and uploaded counterfeit/fake products. Sellers must apply and be familiar with Shopee’s return/refund rules and strictly abide by Shopee policies. Termination, delayed shipments, and non-shipping of orders will affect yShopee’s status as a Preferred Seller and determine its schedule. Note: To maintain the highest level of seller course standards, sellers who do not meet the listing requirements will have their Preferred Seller status removed. All Shopee reserves the right and discretion to remove sellers from the seller program without prior notice.

Product Classification-Allows you to build your own store classification through the seller center.
How is the chat room response calculated? Your chat response rate will be calculated as a percentage of new chat processes and the replies you receive within 12 hours will be provided. You may receive a message, or offer acceptance/rejection.
