(i) Platform Registration

The information provided by the seller during registration must be true and accurate. If the account information provided during registration is inaccurate, the account may be suspended. Each entity can only have one account. If a company or individual has multiple accounts, multiple accounts may be suspended.

(ii) Product Listing

The information provided during Wish product upload must be accurate. If the information provided for a listed product is inaccurate, the product may be removed and the corresponding account may face fines or suspension.

Wish strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit products, duplicate products, products that differ greatly from the listing information, and prohibited products may not be listed on Wish. The product images and text information may not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

(iii) Product Promotion

Wish may promote a product at any time. If the pricing, inventory or details of the product are inaccurate, merchants need to pay attention to the following rules: Do not increase the price and shipping costs of the promotional products; Do not reduce the inventory of the promotional products; Stores will face fines if they promote prohibited products. If the total sales transaction volume of prohibited products in the past 9 days exceeds $500, the store will be fined $50.

(IV) Refund Policy

If an order is refunded before the shipment is confirmed, the order is not eligible for payment. Orders that have been confirmed to be shipped before the refund is generated are eligible for the payment policy. Merchants are 100% responsible for refunds of orders if the fulfillment date is more than 5 days after purchase or for orders with excessive delivery delays. If the user requests a refund due to size issues or the merchant engages in fraudulent activities or evades revenue sharing, the merchant will bear all refund costs. Merchants are allowed to appeal these refunds.

Each of the merchant’s products with extremely high return rates will receive a violation warning, and any refunds generated in all subsequent orders of this product will be the merchant’s sole responsibility. In addition, refunds will be deducted from the last payment. Depending on the specific refund rate, the product may be removed from Wish. Products with high refund rates that are not removed by Wish will be re-evaluated regularly. If the product maintains a low refund rate, the merchant will no longer be responsible for all refunds for this product due to this policy. Merchants are not allowed to appeal these refunds.

For each product with an extremely low average rating, merchants will receive a violation notice. Merchants are 100% responsible for refund fees for all future orders of this product and retroactive to the last payment. Based on the average rating, the product may be removed from Wish. Products with low average ratings that are not removed will be re-evaluated regularly. If the product’s rating is no longer low, the merchant will no longer be 100% responsible for refunds per policy. Merchants are not allowed to appeal these refunds.
