In order to prevent sellers from duplicating goods and affecting competition, and also to provide buyers with the best quality goods, Amazon stipulates that a company can only have one account, and prohibits the same company from applying for multiple accounts. Don’t think that Amazon can’t find it. Amazon will obtain seller information through various technical means, and determine whether multiple accounts belong to the same company by matching related factors. If a seller is found to have 2 or more Amazon accounts, these accounts will be judged as related accounts.
Of course, it doesn’t mean that the store will be closed if the account association is found. If the same site is associated and the products sold between the accounts are the same, Amazon will generally send an email warning and ask the seller to delete all products of the new account. If the seller insists on not deleting, Amazon will take measures to force the closure, and may even close all the seller’s associated accounts. In addition, there is a situation where Amazon may “leniency”, that is, when Amazon finds that several associated accounts under the same site sell different products and have good sales, Amazon may also reserve all accounts for the seller. However, if one of the seller’s associated accounts has been closed, then all of the seller’s accounts will be closed, and the seller will never be able to use the information involved to open a new account.
So how do you prevent account association? A “clean” computer, a brand new network, a “clean” registration information (different credit cards, billing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment accounts) and account information (different address SKUs, various templates, pictures, product information, etc.). It should be noted that although the same set of information cannot be registered multiple times on the same site, it can be registered on different sites, and the same network and computer can be used, but be careful of “joint punishment.”
Another situation that needs to be noted is that if account A is closed, a new account B is registered to follow the products of account A. In this case, be careful not to follow all the products of account A from the beginning. First, upload some products in categories unrelated to account A in the new account B, and then follow the products of account A at intervals.
