Therefore, if some products are hidden for sale, OZON sellers can view the difference with non-hidden product cards or similar products of other sellers.
Can hidden products apply for restoration of sales?
Usually hidden products cannot be restored for sale, but if you find that your product has been misjudged by the platform, you need to complain to the OZON platform customer service, and the complaint text indicates the hidden product and the reason why you think the product was mistakenly hidden.

Sellers can also re-create new products, but when creating products, pay attention to the product information requirements of the product card and the available limit of the product, and do not completely copy the hidden expired products. If you submit a copy of the hidden product card without adjustment, this product may be hidden by the platform in the future.
If 100% of the OZON seller’s store products are hidden, the OZON platform may block the seller’s account due to poor content quality.
