Shopee Seller Center: Detailed explanation of product management and order management
The Shopee Seller Center provides a wealth of functions to help merchants manage their business efficiently. This article will integrate the content of the two modules of product management and order management to facilitate sellers to better understand and use it.
Product Management
To access the product management page, you first need to open the Seller Center homepage, then click “My Products” under “Product Management” to enter the “My Products” interface.
Products on shelf (Live)
Click on the sign 1 “Live” to view all products that have passed the review and been successfully put on the shelves.
Sold out
By clicking on the sign 2 “Sold out”, sellers can quickly locate products whose inventory has been cleared.
Suspended
If products are marked “Suspended,” they have been suspended from sale. By further clicking on a specific product, you can also learn the specific reasons for this status.
Unlisted
Mark 4 “Unlisted” represents those products that have not yet completed the listing process. It is worth noting that the system will not allow any new products to be added until all unlisted products have been successfully posted.
Browse mode switching
There is a square button next to mark 5, which is used to switch between the two modes of “picture browsing” and “list browsing”.
Batch Actions
With the help of mark 6 “Batch Actions”, sellers can perform operations such as batch uploading, which greatly improves work efficiency.
Add a New Product
Finally, by clicking on mark 7 “Add a New Product”, the user can directly start the process of creating a single new product.

Order management
Similarly, if you want to enter the order management section, you must first log in to the homepage of the Seller Center and select the “My Orders” option in “Order Management” to access the “My Orders” interface.
Here, sellers can view the status of all orders in the store, including but not limited to payment, logistics, returns and refunds.
Order classification
Different order types are arranged from left to right:
- “All”
- “Unpaid”
- “To Ship”
- “Shipping” (order shipped)
- “Completed”
- “Cancellation”
- “Return/Refund” (return/refund order)
By clicking on the corresponding category label, you can filter out all order records in a specific status.
Search for orders
There is a “Search Order” box at the top of the page. Enter a specific order number to quickly find relevant information.
View details
For any order you are interested in, just click “Check Details” or directly click on a record itself to get information including logistics progress, customer contact information, purchased items and their total price. Comprehensive information.
