Go to My Alibaba – Credit Guarantee Transaction Management – All Orders – To Be Confirmed page, and check the corresponding information of the order. Check whether it needs to be modified. If so, click the “Modify Order” button.
Process of drafting a credit insurance order:
1) Drafting a credit insurance order
Fill in the buyer’s information and product information, and both the unit price and quantity can be modified. Fill in the shipping terms, select the transportation method, delivery time and export method, and fill in the advance payment amount; after drafting the order, confirm the order and submit it to the buyer for confirmation.
2) Order successfully submitted, waiting for buyer confirmation
After the order is successfully submitted, the supplier can copy the order link and send it to the buyer. The buyer can directly confirm the order after logging in (the buyer’s account corresponding to the contract is required).
(2) The buyer chooses to pay with a credit card and clicks the “Make Payment” button.
3) The seller ships
After receiving the payment for the credit insurance order, the goods will be shipped at the agreed time. The delivery of credit insurance orders can be divided into two methods: delivery through Yidatong and delivery without Yidatong.
If you need to ship and declare for export through One-touch, follow the steps below.
Shipping platform entrance: At the entrance of the “My Alibaba” credit guarantee chapter transaction management page, filter the orders to be shipped, click the “Go to Shipment” button to enter the shipping platform operation page.
Case 1: If you have not drafted a One-touch export service order, you can click “Draft One-touch Export Order” and select the appropriate order type.
Case 2: If you already have an One-touch export order, you can click the “Associate Existing Export Order” link, select the corresponding One-touch export order, and click the “Confirm Association” button to bind it to the current credit insurance service order. The order status will be changed to “Shipping”. After the One-touch export order is cleared, the order status will be updated to “Waiting for the buyer to confirm receipt”.
If you do not need to ship and declare for export through One-touch, follow the steps below.
Currently, there are two main ways of shipping that are not exported through One-Day Express:
One is shipping through Alibaba Logistics (i.e. shipping through Alibaba platform), and the other is shipping through a third-party offline logistics channel (i.e. shipping through Alibaba platform).
The specific operations for shipping through Alibaba Logistics (i.e. shipping through Alibaba platform) are as follows:
(1) Shipping platform entrance: At the entrance of the “My Alibaba” credit guarantee transaction management page, filter the orders to be shipped, click the “Go to Shipment” button to enter the shipping platform operation page.
(2) Select the express delivery, sea transportation and other channels that need to be drafted.
If the logistics order already exists, directly click the “Link to Existing Logistics Order” link, select the logistics order that can be linked, and click the “Confirm Linking” button. The order page will automatically refresh to “Shipping” or “Shipped” (if the express delivery order is picked up at the door, it is considered shipped).
If the logistics order has not been drafted yet, you can click the “Draft Express Order” button and select the corresponding logistics method, enter the necessary information, query and select the appropriate logistics plan to place the order.
(3) After the order is submitted successfully, refresh the page manually to view the successfully associated logistics order.
When the logistics order payment is successful and the logistics status is “the service provider has picked up the item”, it means that the shipment is complete.
The specific operations for shipping through a third-party offline logistics shipping channel (that is, calling it logistics shipping) are as follows:
(1) Shipping platform entrance: At the entrance of the “My Alibaba” credit guarantee transaction management page, filter the orders to be shipped, click the “Go to Shipment” button to enter the shipping platform operation page.
(2) Select the shipping method and logistics order number.
(3) Successfully uploaded. In addition, please note that different types and amounts of credit guarantee orders have different optional shipping methods.
4) Buyer confirms receipt
After receiving the goods, the buyer feels that there is no problem and confirms receipt. He can also submit a review, and the seller can also invite the buyer to comment.
