Amazon sellers want to change their FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipping warehouse, and sellers need to know how to do this. FBA is a logistics and distribution service provided by Amazon that allows sellers to store goods in Amazon’s warehouses, and Amazon handles logistics and customer service on their behalf. So, how does Amazon change the FBA shipping warehouse?
1. Log in to the Amazon Merchant Center, and then select the sub-variant product under the variant that needs to be changed to FBA logistics.
2. Select the sub-variant under the product variant that needs to be changed, and then click “Convert to Amazon Fulfillment”.
3. Then you will jump to the page that says “Convert to Amazon Fulfillment”. Find “Convert and Send Inventory” in the lower right corner of this page.
4. On the prompted page, click “Add dangerous goods information”, select “No”, and then click Submit. Dangerous goods information needs to be added to each product. After filling in, click “Save and Continue”.
5. Next, click “Send Inventory”, then it will prompt redirection, a page will pop up, and then select mixed products. This allows all products to be consolidated in the same FBA warehouse to save logistics costs.
6. Then enter several important steps, including “setting quantity”, “preparing goods”, “labeling goods”, “checking shipments”, “preparing shipments” and ” At a Glance”.
7. Fill in the size and weight of each product according to the prompts, then click Save, then fill in the quantity, and click Continue after completion to enter the “Preprocessing Products” step. After filling in the product quantity, continue.
8. The next step is to “label the product”. Fill in the number of products to be printed and labeled, then select the product label size, click “Print label for this page”, and download the label in PDF format. Attach the label to the surface of the packaging bag containing the product, and then click “Approve and Continue”.
9. Enter the “Check Shipment” step, click “New”, then click “Approve and Continue”, then enter the “Preprocess Shipment” step, select the delivery service method, fill in the number of boxes, and then Fill in the length, width and height dimensions of each box and the total weight of the products included in each box.
10. Then enter the “Overview” step, click “Mark as shipped”, fill in the logistics order number (tracking number), and then click “Save All”.
11. Finally, the letters FBA will be displayed on the page and it will show that it has been shipped, indicating that the seller has successfully converted the product to “Amazon Fulfillment” (i.e. FBA Logistics Fulfillment).
In general, changing the Amazon FBA shipping warehouse requires multiple steps, including selecting the sub-products that need to be converted to FBA logistics in the Amazon store backend, adding dangerous goods information, setting the quantity, and pre- Process merchandise, label merchandise, inspect shipments, pre-process shipments, and final overview operations, etc. Through these steps, the product can be successfully converted to FBA logistics distribution, thereby saving logistics costs and improving the sales and competitiveness of the product on the Amazon platform.
