The “Products” section contains 3 options: “My Products”, “Add Products” and “My Violations”.

1. My Products

Click the “My Products” option.

(1) All. By clicking the “All” option, we can see all products, including those that are sold out or banned.

(2) On-shelf products. By clicking the “Products on Shelf” option, we can see the products that have been uploaded and reviewed by the platform and can be seen by buyers at the front desk.

(3) Sold out. Clicking the “Sold Out” option, we can see that the product (4) with zero inventory in the store has been banned from sale. By clicking on the “Banned” option, we can see the items that have been banned for various reasons and view the reasons why they are banned. Common reasons are that the wrong sales category is selected when uploading products, and the title contains irrelevant keywords.

(5) Not on the shelves. By clicking the “Not on Shelf” option, we can see the products that have been uploaded, but are only displayed in the background. Only we can see them, but buyers cannot.

2. Add products

Click the “Add product” option or the “+Add product” button.

Batch tool: used for batch upload, batch update, and batch modification of products. Click the “Batch Upload” option in the “Batch Tools” drop-down menu and the page will open. We need to download the “upload template” first, fill in the product-related content according to the template requirements, and then upload it. The specific method of batch uploading will be discussed in the following chapters. Click the “Batch Update” option to batch modify the basic information of the product (including product ID, parent SKU number, product name, category ID, weight, price, inventory, etc.). Click the “Product Attribute Tool” option to open a page where you can modify the product brand (Brand), recommended age (Recommended Age), material (Material), recommended gender (Recommended Gender), etc. online.

3. My Violations

The “My Violations” option displays the same content as the “Prohibited Sale” option. We can make targeted modifications based on the reasons for the violation and suggestions.
