Which goods are usually calculated for the on-time delivery indicator in Ozon’s product quality supervision standards? What is the settlement method? Are you curious? If you are curious, you may wish to follow the instructions in this article and read on.

Which goods are considered in the settlement process?

The reduction of indicators may be caused by the following goods:

●The seller cancels the goods. For example, there is no stock of the product in the warehouse;

●The seller is late for delivery, so the seller has to postpone the delivery date.

Errors caused by logistics service errors will not affect the indicators. For example, cancellation or buyers request to change the delivery time.

Sellers can check which goods have entered the settlement in the Analysis → Report → Quality Supervision → On-time Delivery Order Percentage section.

What is the settlement plan?

When calculating indicators, Ozon:

1. Track all goods that should be delivered to buyers within 7 days (not counting the day). The following goods will be considered delivered:

? Already placed on the shelves at the pickup point;

? Already placed in the self-service pickup cabinet;

? Delivered by the courier;

? Delivered by the courier – even if the buyer has not received the product yet.

2. Compare the promised delivery date with the specific delivery date. If the goods are delivered after the promised date, it is called overdue delivery.

3. Calculate the total index of overdue delivery goods.

Example:

Today is April 20th, and settlement will be carried out according to the planned delivery date from April 13th to April 19th.

Suppose:

100 non-cancelled orders should be delivered within 7 days (90 orders are delivered on time, and 10 orders are not delivered on time)

The proportion of sellers delivering on time can be calculated: 90/100=0.85

Multiply the proportion of sellers delivering on time by 100%: 0.9*100%=90%

The percentage of sellers delivering on time can be obtained: 90%
