2. Account Health.

As an Amazon seller, if you want to keep your store active, you must keep all indicators of your account in good condition. Click the “Account Health” page in the “Customer Satisfaction” page to see the seven major indicators of account health, including order defect rate, order cancellation rate, order late rate, policy violation, on-time delivery rate, effective tracking rate, and customer service response time.

3. Seller Rating.

The seller rating is an overall score based on the quality of service provided by the seller. It can help sellers find defects in their own services and help sellers improve their own customer service quality. Click “Seller Rating” in the “Customer Satisfaction” page. Rating” page, you can view your own seller evaluation. The seller rating score ranges from 0-100 points, with 0-84.49 points for average, 84.50-96.49 points for good, 96.5-98.49 points for very good, and 98.5-100 points for excellent. The evaluation standard is the order quality score, which is the average of the points gained and lost for all orders within a year, which is used to judge the performance of the seller’s account. If an order has no problems from beginning to end, then this order is a perfect order and can get 100 points.

4. Buyer feedback.

Click the “Customer Feedback” page tab on the “Customer Satisfaction” page to view the evaluation of each level for 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, and the accumulated level of the account. Buyers can submit a feedback message for each order. According to the five-star evaluation system, 1 star or 2 stars are bad reviews, 3 stars are medium reviews, and 4 stars or 5 stars are good reviews.
