After completing the settings of selling detail, the seller will face the shipping detail setting module next, including return policy, freight policy, destination country, item location and other information.
1. Set Return options.
Click the checkbox on the left of “Domestic returns accepted” to accept local returns. You can make specific return settings below, such as setting the return time to a minimum of 30 days, and the return shipping fee can be set to be borne by the buyer or the seller, that is, free return. Use the same method to set “International returns accepted”.
2. Set Domestic shipping details.
In the “Domestic shipping” drop-down menu, “Flat: same cost to all buyers” is to set a fixed shipping fee for each item, “Calculated: Cost varies by buyer location” is to set different shipping fees for buyers in different regions, “Freight: large items over 150lbs” is to set shipping fees for large items over 150 pounds, and “No shipping: Local pick up only” is to set the item to be delivered locally without shipping fees.
In the drop-down menu of “Services”, you can set specific shipping services, which represent economical logistics services, standard logistics services and expedited logistics services.
In the text box corresponding to “Cost”, you can fill in the shipping cost of the item, or check “Free shipping” to set the item as free shipping. Click “Offer additional service” to add more shipping service options to the listing. If you don’t need it, you can click “Remove service” to cancel. In the “Handling time” drop-down menu, you can select the processing time of the item.
3. Set International shipping freight details.
In the “Ship to” drop-down menu, you can select the destination to be sent. Use the “Worldwide” option with caution, because some countries may not be delivered. You can select “choose custom location” to customize the destination. You can set specific logistics services in the “Services” drop-down menu, and fill in the shipping cost of the item in the “Cost” drop-down menu. Set the countries/regions that cannot be delivered in “Exclude shipping locations”.
4. Set Item location Item location.
Click “Change” to enter the page for editing the item location. Enter the country where the item is located in the “Country” drop-down menu, and enter the city and province where the item is located in the “City, State” drop-down menu.
5. Upload the listing.
Check the listing fee, preview and modify the listing, and click the list item to publish it online after confirming that there is no problem.
