Guide on how to delete Amazon order history and unbind credit card information
Amazon, as one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms, not only provides us with a convenient shopping experience, but also involves the processing of a large amount of personal information. When users no longer need certain order records or want to protect personal privacy, it becomes particularly important to learn how to delete historical orders. In addition, for Amazon sellers, timely unbinding or updating credit card information is also an indispensable part of daily operations. This article will introduce in detail how to delete historical orders and unbind credit card information on the Amazon platform.
Delete Amazon historical orders
Step 1: Log in to your Amazon account
First, visit Amazon’s official website and click on the login portal in the upper right corner of the page. Enter your account name and password to complete the login.
Step 2: Enter the order page
After logging in, hover your mouse over “Hello, your account name” in the upper right corner of the page, and then select “Your Orders” to view your historical order records.
Step 3: Find the target order
In the order page, you can sort or search the orders as needed to quickly locate the order that needs to be deleted. It is recommended to use the search function to enter relevant keywords such as product name, order number, etc. to improve efficiency.
Step 4: Perform deletion
Once you find the order you want to delete, click the “Problem Order?” drop-down menu next to the order. Next you can choose “Cancel Order” or “Remove from Cart”.
- Cancel order: After selecting this, a window will pop up asking you to select the reason for cancellation. After confirmation, the order will be marked as canceled.
- Remove from shopping cart: Click the delete button directly to remove the order.
Step 5: Repeat until completed
Repeat the above steps until all orders that need to be deleted have been processed.
