Operation skills

1. Access the account performance interface

Sellers can evaluate account performance through “Customer Satisfaction” under the “PERFORMANCE” option in the account backend. The page is divided into three main areas:

  • Account Health
  • Seller Rating
  • Customer Feedback

2. Account health

To ensure that the store remains active, sellers need to keep all indicators of the account in good condition. Click “Account Health” on the “Customer Satisfaction” page to view the following seven core indicators:

  • Order defect rate
  • Order Cancellation Rate
  • Order late delivery rate
  • Policy Violation
  • On-time delivery rate
  • Effective tracking rate
  • Customer service response time

3. Seller Rating

Seller rating is a comprehensive score based on service quality, which helps sellers identify deficiencies in service and thereby improve customer service. On the “Customer Satisfaction” page, click “Seller Rating” to view your seller rating. Score range is 0 to 100:

  • 0-84.49 is classified as normal
  • 84.50-96.49 is good
  • 96.5-98.49 points are very good
  • 98.5-100 is considered excellent

This rating is calculated based on the order quality score, which is the average of the points gained and lost across all orders over the past year. If an order has no problems, it is considered a perfect order and scores 100 points.

4. Buyer feedback

In the “Customer Satisfaction” page, click the “Customer Feedback” option to view feedback in different time periods (30 days, 90 days, 365 days). Customers can rate each order on a five-star scale, as follows:

  • 1 star or 2 stars is a negative review
  • 3 stars is a neutral rating
  • 4 or 5 stars is a positive review

Through the monitoring and analysis of the above indicators, sellers can effectively improve the security and performance of their Amazon accounts, thereby achieving sustainable business growth.
