Order generation process:
The customer order Lazada platform verifies the payment, and the valid order is successfully created and displayed on the Pending page.
Lazada order tracking system
First: Lazada sellers can log in to the waybill tracking system to query the status of the package in the sorting center and the status of each package measured by the sorting center.
Second: Choose to enter the Orders in the Lazada background to display the status of each order.
There are 4 situations in the background orders of Lazada sellers:
pending (pending), ready to ship, shipped (being delivered), and delayed.
In the delivery order tracking system, you can use the following functions.
Download reports by date range, download reports by shipment number, download reports by uploading CSV, download reports by date range, you can select the download date range.
Do not download data for more than 30 days in the date range
Download reports by tracking number: You can download reports by tracking/package number

How to check whether the Lazada package has arrived at the Lazada sorting center:

Notes on orders:
Order update: Lazada sellers must update the order within 48 hours of order creation, click “Ready to ship” on the Pending page. If it is not updated within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and a fine will be imposed.
Order delivery: Currently, Lazada requires the use of the official designated logistics solution LGS, label the goods, and send them to the Lazada designated warehouse. After the package arrives at the logistics center in the destination country, the system will update the order status to the “Shipped” page. Do not click “Delivery Failed”. Otherwise, even if the goods are delivered on time, Lazada will not settle the payment.
Order acceptance: After the customer receives the package, the order status will be automatically updated to the “Delivered” page based on the logistics information. Order settlement: If the order status is “appropriate”, Lazada will start calculating and paying the shipping fee, and transfer the payment to the account designated by the seller in the next settlement cycle.
