3. Seller’s delivery time requirements
According to Lazada regulations, sellers must ship goods within 24 hours of placing an order. Failure to deliver goods within the specified time will result in Lazada automatically canceling the order and refunding the order, and the seller will also be subject to corresponding penalties.
4. Shipping costs
The price of goods on the Lazada platform usually includes shipping costs. However, some special products may require users to bear certain shipping costs, and users need to pay special attention to this when purchasing.
How to calculate Lazada logistics costs
1. Product weight and volume
Shipping costs are usually calculated based on the weight and volume of the product, whichever is greater. Therefore, sellers need to accurately measure the weight and volume of their items in order to calculate accurate shipping costs.

1. Seller account rules
Once a seller’s account is terminated by Lazada, the seller will not be allowed to open a new store and conduct transactions on the Lazada platform; the seller is not allowed to apply for multiple stores with the same product type; the seller is not allowed to copy the decoration and products of other sellers’ stores and content, and any behavior that makes it difficult for buyers to identify the true source of the product is not allowed.
Sellers are advised to be honest when trading on the Lazada platform. The platform will not tolerate fraudulent and deceptive behavior by sellers. Once a seller is found to be committing fraud or deception, the Lazada platform will take immediate action to maintain a trustworthy, reliable and healthy e-commerce business environment.
If a seller violates the seller account rules, he or she will be deducted up to 48 points. A deduction of 48 points will cause the seller’s account to be immediately closed.
If a seller receives a notice of points deduction and wants to appeal, he or she can appeal to the ASC-Growth Center.
2. Store Naming Policy
The seller’s store name is very important as the seller’s identity on the Lazada platform. The store name can reflect the store’s offline name, such as store signboards, official websites, and other names well-known to consumers. A good store name will make it easier for consumers to find it.
Format
The store name should consist of words or letters and no special symbols. Available in English and the language of the country where the merchant is located.
Contents that store names should not contain
- Existing LazMall store name
- Registered brand name
- Vulgar, sensitive and defamatory content
- Content that is sexually suggestive, contains profane local language, or is considered to reflect pedophilia, bestiality, or sexual violence
- Content suggesting violence and terrorist activities
- Content that already has copyright and trademark rights
- Existing e-commerce platform vocabulary, such as Lazada, LazMall, LazGlobal, Taobao Collections, Alibaba, etc.
- Only category name
- Numbers only
- Only the country name (if you really need to add the country name, you can add it after the store name and enclose it in parentheses)
- If it is not a flagship store, official store, or exclusive agent, please avoid using these words. If you need to use it, please provide the corresponding proof
- Only one word, and it is a general vocabulary, such as shop, WhatsApp, etc.

Suggestions on store name length
In order to make the store name easier to search, it is recommended that the length of the store name be limited to 6 words or 50 letters.
3. The number of visible products for new sellers
All new sellers registered in 2019 and later can upload up to 500 visible products if their net order volume is less than 30 within 90 days.
