1) Introduction to One-touch

One-touch is a one-stop foreign trade integrated service platform under Alibaba, providing professional, low-cost customs clearance, foreign exchange, tax refund, and supporting logistics and financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises. This “package” of foreign trade service solutions is the “One-touch Foreign Trade Integrated Service”.

Established in 2001, One-touch is the foreign trade integrated service company with the largest number of service companies and the widest service areas in China. Currently, the One-touch services used by Alibaba customers can be completed through Alibaba’s “One Partner”. Each corporate account can be bound to a One Partner to help the company implement various One-touch services. Currently, One-touch can provide customs clearance services, foreign exchange services, tax refund services, financial services and logistics services.

2) One-touch activation process and operation

(1) First log in to the One-touch official website.

(2) Click the “Apply for One-touch Service” button to jump to the One-touch service interface. If you already have an Alibaba International Station account, click the “Log in Now” button to directly enter the International Station account and password to log in. Leave your contact information and other information according to the page prompts. The account manager will contact the merchant. The account manager will contact the merchant within 3 working days.

If you do not have an Alibaba International Station account, you can fill in the following information and apply immediately.

Note: After the account manager contacts the merchant, he needs to communicate with the merchant about the contract. The following information is required to sign the One-touch service.

Business license, legal person (copy or original) and authorized person ID card (original), tax registration certificate, official seal, contract, professional clearing form and legal person Alipay real-name authentication.

After contacting the Alibaba account manager and submitting the agreement, you need to prepare the One-touch shipping product pre-examination and factory pre-examination (so the account manager will assist in completing it). After the review is passed, you can use the One-touch service.

3) Yidatong product submission pre-examination

(1) First, log in to Alibaba Yidatong platform, and then click the “Enter the operation platform” button.

(2) Go to My Alibaba→Yidatong Export Service→Product Management, and then click the “Add Product” link. Search by product name (if the product name is not sure, you can use product keywords) or HS code.

(3) After uploading the corresponding product information, finally submit the product for review. Only products that pass the review can be shipped through Yidatong. This process is called product pre-examination.

4) Yidatong invoice issuer pre-examination submission

The invoice issuer is a prerequisite for doing 3+N services through Yidatong. At present, the invoice issuer that Yidatong can act as an agent for export tax refunds is a general taxpayer for more than two years and a factory.

Enter “One-touch Export Service” → “Bill Issuer Management → Click the “Add Bill Issuer” button to add the bill issuer.

At the same time, you also need to upload the copy of the tax registration certificate of the bill issuer and other certificate information. Then click the “Add Product” button. You can select the product from the pre-approved products and submit it for pre-approval by the bill issuer.

The progress of the bill issuer review can be viewed in the bill issuer management. After the review is passed, you can use the One-touch 3+N service and Datong to do export tax rebate business.

5) One-touch entrustment

If the company has products that need to be exported through One-touch’s services, it can choose to submit an entrustment in the One-touch backend. Enter the One-touch backend and click the download link now.

Here, take the One-touch tax refund for “comprehensive export order tax refund advance” as an example. After selecting this option, click the “confirm button” .

After filling in the relevant data, click the “Next” button to enter the interface for filling in product and developer information.

After filling in the product and invoice issuer information, click the “Next” button to fill in the customs declaration information.

If there are other attachments agreed in the transaction, or documents required for customs declaration, you can select the “Upload attachments” option and click the “Next” button.

The “Order Management Interface” can view the progress of all orders.
