1. System recommended RFQ

Alibaba matches suppliers with the latest RFQs that match their products and regions based on the main products, main categories, and quotation behaviors displayed by suppliers on the platform. Suppliers can directly obtain recommended high-quality business opportunities on the homepage of the sourcing direct channel, and can also receive email notification services to remind suppliers to come and quote.

2.RFQ market search and view

After entering the sourcing direct channel (sourcing.alibaba.com), you can directly enter keywords in the search bar to find procurement information related to the keyword. Active search can find RFQs based on changes in supply capacity, without being restricted by business categories and main products.

In addition, active search can also be accurate. By filtering conditions such as time, category, language, buyer location, purchase volume, favorable seats, Paid RFQ, attachments, and free quotation, we can obtain accurate RFQs that meet our requirements.

3. Customize RFQ

After entering the direct purchase channel, search for product keywords in the search bar, and then click the “+ Add to my customized search” button to add the keyword to “My customized search”.

After completing the customization, the RFQ related to the keyword can be sent to the associated mailbox and Aliwangwang International version through email and Wangwang notification. You can also quickly select the keyword in “My customized search” to actively view related procurement information in the RFQ market. To delete a keyword, click the “Delete” link.

After completing the customization settings, you can wait for the RFQ information that meets the conditions to come to you. However, if you still do not receive the information after customization, you can consider whether it is due to the following reasons:

(1) If the customization is just done, it will take effect the next day.

(2) If the customization is not just done, you can judge whether there are the following problems: Is the popularity of the keyword too low or the scope too wide? Is the keyword and category matched? Will the customer use the keyword when publishing the RFQ? Is there an effective RFQ under the keyword in the open channel that can be matched (domestic members are not matched).
