Suppliers can use RFQ to find more popular shops. Do they have the same quotation authority? Can different types of customers’ purchasing needs provide unlimited quotation?
Different user types have different quotation rights. Salesmen need to reasonably select and quote RFQ according to their own Alibaba International Station type and existing authority.
Relevant notes are as follows.
Note 1: Alibaba International Station users in China (excluding Taiwan and other regions) who have signed the Alibaba International Station “China Supplier Service Contract” or “Jinpincheng Enterprise Service Contract” and whose companies are valid and in normal service.
Note 2: Alibaba International users who have signed the “Alibaba International Station Hong Kong Supplier Service Agreement” or “Alibaba International Station Taiwan Supplier Business Agreement” or the corresponding “Jinpincheng Enterprise Service Contract” and whose contracts are valid and in normal service.
Note 3: Users who have signed the “Purchase Direct Market Opportunity Service Contract”, ordered the business opportunity service basic package service, and whose contracts are valid and in order and in normal service.
Note 4: “Service prerequisites” are the prerequisites for users to enjoy service rights. Users who do not meet the conditions will not be able to use the Procurement Direct service.
Note 5: “Quotation rights” refer to the quotation rights inherent to this type of members.
Note 6: Chinese supplier users have 20 basic rights/month/company, which are issued on the 1st of each month and cleared at the end of the month.
Note 7: Members who purchase the basic package of business opportunity services will obtain the corresponding monthly quotation rights based on the product package purchased.
Note 8: Alibaba will calculate the performance of users in the Procurement Direct market based on the company dimension, and then reward rights based on monthly performance.
Note 9: The Procurement Direct market will hold relevant activities from time to time. Activity rewards may include quotation rights. It is recommended to pay attention to it in time. To purchase the refueling package, please contact the account manager or purchase it online.
