Visitor email marketing is the entry point for suppliers to conduct EDM email marketing. Merchants can send marketing emails to interested visitors through the Alibaba platform, and encourage them to visit the store again through competitive product quotes and discount activities.

There will be a corresponding mark in the “Operation” column of the visitor list. Customers can filter the visitors who need marketing. The “Operation” column will indicate whether marketing is available. If marketing is not available, the general reasons are as follows:

(1) You cannot apply for email marketing to the visitor because the visitor is not registered or the location is China.

(2) You have applied for email marketing to the visitor and cannot apply again within 30 days.

(3) Other suppliers have already marketed to the buyer and cannot market to the buyer again within 3 days.

(4) The visitor has not logged in to the Alibaba website, the IP location is China when visiting the website, or the E-mail address is invalid.

(5) He has sent you feedback or TM consultation in the past 6 months.

(6) The role of the visitor when registering as a member of Alibaba International Station is a seller.

(7) Countries or regions where marketing cannot be conducted due to regional legal supervision and other factors.

(8) Unsubscribed to Alibaba website emails

Notes on the visitor details page are as follows:

(1) Each account can conduct batch marketing up to 20 per day, and up to 5 at a time.

(2) Marketing can be conducted to the current visitor and similar visitors to the current visitor.

(3) The “My Visitors” tab displays data from the last 30 days by default, and the recommended buyers display data from the last 7 days by default.
