The Ozon platform monitors the quality of service provided by sellers to buyers. When the quality indicators deteriorate, a warning will be issued, and if the situation does not improve, the platform will block the seller’s products from being sold.

How to calculate the quality indicators?

1. Product evaluation

To calculate the evaluation, only products with at least 2 reviews are considered. The platform uses these reviews to calculate the average evaluation of the product. An indicator next to the product evaluation shows how much the index has changed compared to yesterday.

If Ozon’s prices are lower than in other regions, the index is calculated as follows:

Price index = Ozonj price / other similar products in other sites.

If Ozon’s prices are higher, the index is calculated as follows:

Price index = 2-the same product in other places / Ozon price.

If the index does not exceed 1, it means that the prices on Ozon are competitive. If the index is greater than 1, the prices are higher than the market price. The higher this index is, the higher the prices set on Ozon are compared to other sites. After the price index reaches 1.10 (inclusive), the platform starts to stop selling. If the price index reaches this value, this indicator will turn red.

This index is recalculated every day.

You can view the price index of each commodity on the price index column.

You can also get familiar with the list of links to other websites, add your own links, or complain about some wrong links. To do this, go to the page List → Manager List or Price → Manage Price, and then click on the product price in the profile. Check the product link in the other site module in the “Link Management Price” section.

2. Cancellation percentage

This is the part of the shipment canceled by the seller in the past 14 days. This issue will only be considered if there are at least 10 items in the warehouse of the Ozon website during the entire sales period.

For this indicator, the platform calculates as follows:

The ratio of the number of canceled goods to the total number of goods in the past 14 days.

The ratio of the price of the goods on the goods to the product price generated on all goods in the past 14 days.

Compare the highest value above with the maximum allowed value. The maximum allowed value is 2%, then you will receive a warning and the indicator will turn red.

In the case of non-delivery due to Ozon’s fault, the platform will not consider the shipment cancelled for technical reasons. To do this, you need to create an application for the support service: click on the link or click on the information icon at the bottom of the screen and select Another → Create application. Select the section Based on FBS indicators in the topic of blocked sales and supplies. Attach a summary screenshot to the application showing the shipment number and the error text.

3. Late delivery

It is the proportion of shipments that were not delivered on time in the last 7 days due to the seller’s fault. It is only taken into account if at least 10 shipments were received from Ozon’s warehouse during the entire sales period.

The number of days that the shipment could not be delivered on time is divided by the total number of days the supply was performed. The last 7 days are taken into account for the platform. If the shipment is cancelled before delivery, the platform will not take this into account.

The maximum allowed value is 4%, then you will receive a warning and the indicator will turn red.

If the goods are not delivered due to Ozon’s fault, the platform will not consider the goods overdue, such as:

If the reception point is not open, or you are not accepted before closing, the reception does not accept you;

The courier staff took it away without warning;

The items are not included in the acceptance certificate.
