Delivery time
Phase 1: Procurement and first-stop delivery
(1) Order generation (1 day).
(2) Delivery at Lazada sorting center (1~7 days).
(3) Operation and processing at Lazada sorting center (1 day).
(4) Goods are delivered to the destination country for customs clearance (2 days).
Phase 2: Delivery to local customers
(1) Delivery to local third-party logistics (1 day).
(2) Customer receives the package (1~7 days).
Return process
1. Failed delivery
The reasons for unsuccessful delivery include: the consignee is not at home; the consignee cannot be contacted; the consignee information is incorrect.
2. Consumer returns
Consumers can return goods within 7 days after receiving the package. The reasons for consumer returns include: wrong goods; missing goods; counterfeit goods; damaged goods; defective goods.
It should be noted that only Thai law allows consumers to return goods due to “Change of Mind”, and other sites do not allow this. Returns from Vietnam sites cannot be shipped back to the seller, so sellers are advised to take this into consideration.
