1. Conversion and adjustment of original price and promotional price

If the seller wants to clone the product originally sold in the Malaysia site to sell in the Thailand site, the price formula in the cloning notification email received must be used for conversion. Of course, the seller can also adjust the price by himself. For products to be cloned and sold in other sites, the seller needs to pay attention to the information filled in the background.

(1) When uploading product information, the package weight (Package Weight) must be filled in correctly, because this will indirectly affect the real-time price conversion of other sites.

(2) Original price: Required. It is recommended to fill in the promotional price to increase click-through rate and conversion rate.

(3) All-inclusive price: The price must include shipping costs, possible tariffs, Lazada commissions, product costs and P card withdrawal fees.

(4) Exchange rate: Each site is priced in local currency. Please refer to and use the product pricing template for pricing in each site.

(5) Price range: US$1 < product price < US$1,500; promotional price ≥ original price x 20%; Malaysia platform price x 0.5 < other site price < Malaysia platform price x 2; the price in the Indonesian seller center must be a whole thousand Indonesian rupiah, so the price on the Indonesian site always ends with “000”.

2. Price review and update cycle

If the price modification range is ≥ 80%, it is necessary to queue up for review again, and it usually takes 1 to 3 working days to update to the front desk; if the price modification range is < 80%, no review is required and it can be updated to the front desk on the same day; during the price review or update period, the product will be displayed at the front desk with the original price and continue to be sold.

3. Inventory

Sellers must fill in the inventory quantity reserved for each Lazada site; be sure to avoid canceling orders due to insufficient inventory. If the inventory is insufficient, the order must be cancelled, and neither the seller nor Lazada can provide customers with other options. Cancelling an order due to seller reasons will be fined. In addition, once the inventory is modified, it will be updated to the front desk immediately.
