Generally, when the buyer confirms receipt of the goods, the transaction amount will be transferred directly from Tokopedia to the seller’s Tokopedia Balance account. If the buyer still does not confirm receipt of the goods 3 days after the platform confirms that the package has been delivered to the buyer, Tokopedia will determine that the order is completed and transfer the amount directly to the seller’s Tokopedia Balance account.
So how do you collect the money? The detailed steps are listed below.
After the order transaction is completed, the transaction amount will be stored in the Tokopedia Balance account. To withdraw the money in the Tokopedia Balance account, the seller needs to click “Balance” under the username.
On the “Balance” page, the seller can see the Tokopedia Balance account statement and click “Withdraw Funds” to withdraw the money. Enter the relevant information and then click the “Confirm” button. The information to be entered mainly includes: withdrawal amount, withdrawal account, Tokopedia account password, OTP verification code (When adding a withdrawal to an account for the first time, an OTF verification code is required).
When the withdrawal is successfully received, the seller will receive a successful operation notification from Tokopedia, which can be received via mobile phone SMS or email.
