1. Creation of overseas warehouse account

Sellers need to apply for an overseas warehouse account in the Paytm Mall system to manage products and monitor inventory changes. To apply for an overseas warehouse account, sellers need to provide a new email address (different from the email address of the existing platform account). You can give the above information to the account creation personnel or Paytm Mall category manager to help apply. The overseas warehouse account will be applied for within 2 working days.

2. Creation of overseas warehouse product PID

After the overseas warehouse account is successfully created, the Paytm Mall category manager will analyze the products and quantities that the seller intends to stock in the overseas warehouse, and give certain suggestions to reduce the seller’s inventory burden.

The overseas warehouse PID will correspond to the direct-sale products in the merchant’s existing store one by one, and the PID will be generated within 2 working days.

3. Shipping and packaging precautions

Products with the same PID can be packaged separately and then packaged into one box for shipment. Each product outer packaging must be affixed with an independent label and must be affixed according to the label format provided by Paytm Mal. If products with different PIDs are packaged together, corresponding labels must be affixed to each product. In addition, there must be corresponding labels on the outside of the packaging box corresponding to the products inside.

4. How to fill in the label

The label can be filled in according to the actual size of the product. Other options cannot be changed at will. If adjustments are required, the seller needs to discuss with the investment manager. The label does not need to be attached with a barcode and UPC code (Uniform Product Code). Sellers must enter product information in accordance with the standard information format provided by Paytm Mall.

5. Provision of Stock Transfer Order (STN) and FORM3

STN and FORM3 are the comparison materials that must be provided for warehousing. All product information of merchants must be reflected in these two forms as the basis for product warehousing. Therefore, sellers must fill in these two forms according to the shipping data to avoid delaying the warehousing time.
