1. Seller submits application for settlement

Step 1: Enter the registration website: https://vendor.Kikuu.com/, and click the “Settlement Now” button in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 2: After entering the registration page, the seller needs to fill in the following contents in order: account information, merchant information and business information. For account information, you need to fill in the email address and obtain the verification code, fill in the merchant name, and then set the password.

Step 3: Fill in the contact person, mobile phone number (because it is a platform created in China, there is no need to add the area code), 00 number and delivery address. Filling in the address is to facilitate the warehouse to return the goods sent repeatedly by the seller in time. After filling in, remember to check the “KIKUU Merchant Settlement Agreement” and “KIKUU Merchant Deposit Agreement” and then click “Register Now” to proceed to the next step.

After the seller fills in the account information, the Kikuu platform will verify the seller’s registration information, and will re-check it in January of each year. The seller’s account that cannot be verified will be cleared by the platform.

Step 4: After the seller has filled in the correct format of “Merchant Information” and “Business Information”, click the “Submit Entry Application” button, and the status is now “Under Review”.

If you register as an individual user, the payee must be the same as the registrant; if you register as a corporate user, the payee must be a corporate account.

Step 5: After the review is passed, the system will send a review email to the seller, and the seller can log in to the Kikuu merchant backend to create a store.

2. Create a store and modify related information

(1) Create a store

After applying for a Kikuu platform store and passing the review, the seller can create a store. The steps to create a store are also very simple.

Step 1: Open the seller’s homepage, click “Site Navigation”, and enter the “Create Store” page.

Step 2: Fill in the information required to create a store (store type, store name, business category and store contact phone number) in sequence as required, and click Submit for Review.

Filling requirements:

①Shop name: cannot contain Chinese characters and cannot be greater than 255 characters. The following words cannot be filled in: China, Best, Cheapest, Top, etc. Unless you can provide brand proof or agency proof, you cannot use well-known brand names such as Dior, Chanel, Ikea, etc. You cannot use the official name of Kikuu (although few people will use it, you still need to pay attention).

②Shop contact phone number: used to receive store-related information.

③Business categories: Business categories are divided into closed categories and non-closed categories. Closed categories mean that only products under this category can be published, and products under other categories cannot be published.

(2) Modify relevant information

Open the seller’s homepage, click “Site Navigation”, and enter “My Account”.

After registration is completed, the seller needs to confirm the seller’s platform account information and bank information in a timely manner. Only when the bank information is correct can the platform transfer proceed smoothly. After confirming that the seller information and bank information are correct, just click “Confirm Information”.

Also on the “My Account” page, you can modify the email address for receiving Kikuu platform reminders. The reminder email address can be used to receive order information, order timeout information, store penalty information, etc. After modifying the reminder email address, the login email address will not change accordingly.
