(I) Information required for Zando entry

Sellers entering the Zando platform need to provide the following information: name, mobile phone number, email address, store name, company name (Chinese), company name (English), company detailed address (Chinese), company detailed address (English), bank account, etc.

(II) Zando entry process

1. Seller self-registration

Step 1: Log in to https://www.zando.co.za/sell-online/, click “Register Now” to enter the seller registration page.

Step 2: Enter the account registration page, fill in the seller information (if it is a Chinese mobile phone number, add +86 before entering the mobile phone number), fill in all the information, and click “Continue”.

Step 3: Fill in the company information. If there is no company information, click “SkipStep” to enter the next page.

Step 4: Fill in the bank account information for receiving payment.

Step 5: Check the registration information. After confirming that it is correct, click “Start Selling” and the seller can enter the sales page.

Step 6: After the seller submits the registration information, it means that the registration is complete. Then you can click “click here to request a new verification email” to verify the email.

Step 7: When the seller receives the email, it means that the registration is successful. Then log in to https://new-sellercenter.zando.co.za/user/auth/login to enter the seller center backend.

2. Email registration

Sellers can also send an email to marketplace@zando.co.za to register. When sending an email, inform the platform of your brand and products, and then wait for the platform’s feedback and next step guidance.
