1. Publishing products suspected of violating national laws and regulations
Including but not limited to: drugs, weapons, human organs, flammable and explosive related chemicals, etc.
2. Publishing products that are prohibited from sale on the platform
Prohibited products can be viewed by downloading the “Seller Notice-Prohibited and Restricted Products Regulations and Penalties 1.0” in the merchant notice board. Once discovered, they will be immediately withdrawn.
3. Guiding buyers to conduct offline transactions or transactions on other platforms
Including but not limited to: product images containing links or contact information of other similar platform stores, etc., guiding buyers to conduct transactions offline or on other platforms. Once discovered, they will be immediately withdrawn.
4. Accounts or stores are inactive for a long time
(1) Starting from the day the seller’s account is successfully registered, if there is no store creation or store opening operation for more than 180 days, the platform will withdraw such accounts.
(2) For stores that have closed due to failure to pay the deposit or have chosen to close by themselves, if they have not been able to reopen for more than 60 days from the time of closure, they will be closed.
(3) Stores that have been established for more than 90 days and have 0 products on sale will be closed.
(4) Stores that have been established for more than 90 days, have not launched new products in the past 30 days, have less than 50 products on sale, and have zero sales in the past 90 days will be closed.
5. Platform service operating indicators assessment
(1) If the entry information does not match the actual situation, the assessment will not be passed.
(2) If an individual or enterprise registers more than one seller account on Kikuu, the assessment will not be passed. The information submitted by the seller for registration shall prevail.
(3) If a store has not launched new products within 90 days (including 90 days) and the number of products on sale is less than 10, the assessment will not be passed.
(4) If the store order cancellation rate is equal to or exceeds 10%, that is, more than 10% of the effective orders of the store in the previous full calendar month were cancelled due to seller reasons, the assessment will fail.
Store order cancellation rate = number of orders cancelled by seller reasons in the effective orders of the previous calendar month / total number of effective orders in the previous calendar month.
Note that the number of store order cancellations only refers to order cancellations caused by seller reasons, including orders canceled by the seller’s own backend operations and orders canceled by the platform customer service.
(5) If the store order logistics overtime rate is equal to or exceeds 20%, that is, more than 20% of the effective orders of the store in the previous full calendar month could not be picked up by the Guangzhou warehouse within 8 days (192 hours), the assessment will fail.
Order overtime rate = number of orders picked up by the Guangzhou warehouse in the previous calendar month and the time from effective to being picked up exceeds 192 hours / total number of orders picked up by the Guangzhou warehouse in the previous calendar month.
In the first week of each month, Kikuu will collect the assessment data of Articles 4 and 5 of the previous natural month and use the data as the final assessment data.
6. Others
(1) Stores that disrupt Kikuu’s business order or are suspected of violating national laws and regulations will be cleared out.
(2) Other acts that damage the rights and interests of others and violate the principle of honest business will be punished.
(3) For stores that have paid deposits and opened for business, the platform will only accept one application for store withdrawal. That is, if a store that is operating normally submits a store withdrawal application, the platform will no longer accept the store’s application for reopening after accepting it.
7. Withdrawal method
(1) Permanently close the relevant Kikuu account.
(2) Kikuu has full authority to handle orders that are still in progress.
(3) For sellers who are cleared out for publishing banned or restricted products, Kikuu will freeze the seller’s account for one month. For example, if the bill is on May 1, 2017, Kikuu will settle the bill on June 1, 2017.
