Jumia store opening fee
Jumia platform only charges commissions, no platform fees, monthly fees and annual fees. The commission fee for international sellers is: the minimum commission is US$1, the commission rate for electronic products is 5% of sales, and the commission rate for all other categories is 10% of sales.
Jumia payment cycle
Jumia payment is based on the Delivered Date as the node, and the payment is made two weeks later. Payment is made twice a month. For example: If Jumia pays on December 1, the payment amount is the sum of all orders that show the status of “Delivered” in the seller center from November 1 to November 14. If Jumia returns the payment on December 15, the amount returned is the sum of all orders that were displayed as “Delivered” in the seller center from November 15 to November 30.
Jumia Activate Store
After receiving the email of successful store account opening, the seller needs to list 5 SKUs as required. Then reply directly to the email of the investment manager to apply for store activation. If the 5 SKUs are not uploaded as required, the store will remain in an unactivated state and cannot be officially sold.
