Starting at 2:00 AM UTC on October 15, 2020, the A+ Logistics Program for Hungary will be officially launched and open to all Chinese merchants shipping to Hungary. The A+ Logistics Program is designed to improve merchants’ logistics performance and the overall shopping experience of users on the Wish website. After the Hungary route is launched, some orders shipped from China to Hungary by merchants will be automatically included in the A+ Logistics Program. All eligible orders included in the program will enjoy a series of benefits of the A+ Logistics Program in terms of logistics and transportation, and will be subject to the Wish Merchant Platform Terms of Service and all A+ Logistics Program Merchant Policies.

2. What are the size and weight limits for parcels shipped to A+ Logistics Program warehouses (Hungary bound orders)?
The size and weight limits for parcels depend on the product type: regular products, products with built-in batteries, and sensitive products.

Please note that Special Products = Products with built-in ion or button batteries; Sensitive Products = Products not classified as general or special products; Common sensitive products include but are not limited to eye shadow, lip gloss, liquid foundation, cream, facial mask, scrub, headphones, small speakers, etc.
For all A+ Logistics Plan orders delivered to the corresponding warehouse, if the single side length exceeds 55cm, we will measure the length, width and height of the package.
The volume weight (in kg) of the package will be calculated as (length x width x height)/8,000. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the larger of the volumetric weight and the actual weight of the package.
3. What is the maximum declared value of the A+ Logistics Program for Hungary?
Currently, A+ Logistics Program orders to Hungary do not accept packages with a declared value of more than 150 euros.
4. What are the unsupported product categories for A+ Logistics Program to Hungary?
Please refer to the “3. What are the unsupported prohibited categories for A+ Logistics Program?” section of this article to view the list of prohibited categories that A+ Logistics Program does not support.
Merchants must correctly identify and declare sensitive or special products in WishPost, and pack ordinary products and sensitive/special products separately before delivering them to the A+ Logistics Program warehouse. Please also note: When packing sensitive products, please be sure to ensure the safety of the package during transportation, customs clearance, and unpacking by consumers.

6. Tax-related information
From July 1, 2021, the policy of exempting goods imported into the EU with a value of no more than 22 euros from import VAT has been cancelled. Therefore, all goods imported into Hungary are subject to VAT.
